Georgia business documents must have "blue ink signature" also known as "Raised Seal Blue Ink" in order to be Great Seal Certification before submitting to the Consulate for authentication. RSBI documents can only be requested and returned by mail.

If you are looking to authenticate a marriage certificate issued in New York, you must obtain an extended certified copy of the certificate. There should be a stamp and original signature of the Acting City Clerk on the back of the certificate. If your marriage certificate does not contain the stamp and signature, it cannot be authenticated for foreign use and you must request a new certified copy. Example:

Answer: If you have been previously granted a Chinese visa, but lost the passport, you must provide the exact month and year of your last Chinese visa. The previous Chinese visa must be granted within the past 10 years. The Embassy will investigate and look for your records based on the information given. This process will take longer than normal processing times. If you are on a time constraint, we recommend upgrading to Expedited service for an additional fee.

Occasionally we will have customers that mail in all documents except their original passports thinking a copy of their passport will be enough. Applying for visas require sending in original passports, no exceptions. Do not make this mistake and cause delays in your application.

Sometimes there are delays in processing visas when you send documents to us that require a signature for delivery. This is due to our staff having left for the consulate and are not at the office to sign for delivery. We recommend that you waive signature requirements for deliveries.
