For Parents looking to acquire a passport for children under the age of 16;
Children under the age of 16 must appear in person with both parents or the non-applying parent must complete and have notarized a parental consent form by a public notary.
Child passports are only valid for up to 5 years and cannot be renewed;
Your current valid child passport is damaged and you need to replace it.

Shipping Fee
Service times are business days and do not include transit/delivery time. In addition to priority overnight shipping included (inbound AND outbound) in the shipping fee, there are other options including same-day delivery and courier delivery available if needed.

We offer no guarantee that the US Department of State will issue you a passport, but we guarantee our submission service that we provide to you. Each expediter is granted a certain number of daily submissions at the passport office(s) for different processing speeds, these are very limited availability. We guarantee that your application will be reserved with one of our limited-expediting slots and submitted so that your passport application is “processing for the number of days you paid for” – service times do not include shipping time.
