For following scenarios:
- Your employer or the company in China needs a translated version of your document.
- Your document is issued from a company or institution outside of the US.
- You are currently living outside of the US and cannot mail your document from overseas.
Services included:
- Translation of your document by a Certified Translator
- Notarization by Notary Public
- Secretary of State authentication
- Chinese Consulate authentication
1.) Place an order.
$380 per document (includes government fee, consular fee & CEV service fee). This does NOT include return shipping. You may include a prepaid shipping label or purchase return shipping from our website. If you need the document shipped internationally, please email our customer service for shipping rate.
The default shipping address will be your billing address, please make sure it is correct. If you would like to have your order shipped to a different address, please list the address in the notes during checkout or email our customer service.
2.) Prepare and send us a high quality scan of the following required documents:
- Document you wish to have authenticated.
- Completed Consulate Legalization Application Form. The form must be typed in capitalized letters on computer, printed out and signed in both places in Section 8. Visit Forms & Links
- Photocopy of passport name page. Top and bottom pages must be included. No corners or edges should be cut off.
- Order confirmation email
All documents should be separate scans.
You will have all the documents listed above attached to an email and sent to: [email protected].
Any emails that do not have a copy of order confirmation attached will be ignored.
3) Patiently wait.
Processing time is approximately 4-6 weeks. Expedited services remain suspended.
Holiday closings will incur some delay.
Once your document is retrieved from the Consulate, we will ship your document back to you. You will receive a tracking number when your order has shipped.
